At the end of an assessment process, the development areas of the bank employees are identified and the training programs are designed according to their individual competencies as well as their technical and professional fields. The training is provided both in the country and abroad.
The applications are accepted starting in April and the internship is carried out at any time between 15 June and 15 September. We also accept voluntary internship for our Head Office and branches. The interns to be recruited in our Head Office must be proficient in English.
